The Australasian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics (AADFA) was established in 2010 and operates in eight countries with over 2000 members registered as dental practitioners. It is a leading professional member-based association of Dentists focused on providing and teaching Dentists practical courses on dental and facial aesthetic and therapeutic techniques. AADFA pioneered a new approach of ‘Complete Dento-Facial Aesthetics’ which is accepted as one of the best methodologies to use by plastic surgeons, dermatologists and cosmetic doctors.
AADFA reached out to the team at the Hunted Hive to technically redesign their online properties. Careful and thorough user experience audits (UX design) and technical analysis conducted by the Hunted Hive team revealed AADFA’s online presence did not match AADFA’s premium reputation. The analysis also revealed AADFA’s web presence had been fragmented over several WordPress installations.
After developing a deep understanding of the business, the Hunted Hive identified and developed a roadmap that provided solutions for AADFA’s core problems, while staying within a set budget. The team developed a new Bootstrap theme and effectively combined partially developed websites into one custom content management system (CMS). We improved search engine optimization (SEO) on the website which increased sales results. The team optimised the website structure and layout to make data and sign-up processes easily accessible to users. We also added a new feature which allows conferences to be booked through the website.
